1. 適用

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Discordコミュニティ「キッチンくりぃむ」の運営者（個人。以下「当方」）が提供する埋め込みアプリ「2Dラウンジ」（Discord Activity）、ブラウザ版（https://office.7daystodie.jp）および関連するDiscordボット（以下あわせて「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。利用者が本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. サービスの内容

本サービスは、Discordコミュニティ向けに提供される、非営利・趣味目的の交流ツールです。ボイスチャットと連動した2Dの「たまり場」体験、アバター表示、共有ボード・付箋・メディア共有・一緒に視聴、利用者どうしのマッチング・つながり・マイページ、および生成AIによるアシスタント（くりぃむちゃん）などの機能を提供します。取得・保存・第三者提供する情報の詳細はプライバシーポリシーに定めます。本サービスは現状有姿（as is）で提供されます。

3. アカウント

本サービスの利用にはDiscordアカウントによるログインが必要です。利用者は、Discordの利用規約およびコミュニティガイドラインを遵守するものとします。

4. 禁止事項

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。

他の利用者への嫌がらせ、迷惑行為、差別的・攻撃的な言動
法令または公序良俗に反する内容、権利（著作権・肖像権等）を侵害する内容の共有・投稿
わいせつ、暴力、その他Discordのポリシーで禁止される内容の共有・投稿
共有ボード・付箋・メディア共有・チャット等の機能の悪用、スパム行為
本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、過度な負荷をかける行為
Discordの利用規約・コミュニティガイドライン、および「キッチンくりぃむ」コミュニティの規約に違反する行為

5. ユーザーコンテンツ

利用者が本サービス上で共有・投稿した内容（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）についての責任は、当該利用者が負うものとします。当方は、本規約に違反すると判断したユーザーコンテンツを、事前の通知なく削除することができます。ユーザーコンテンツのうち一部（付箋・ボード・共有画像・部屋の装飾・プロフィール等）は機能提供のため保存され、その他のライブ情報は一時的に保持されます。取り扱い・保存期間・削除方法の詳細はプライバシーポリシーに定めます。

6. サービスの変更・中断・終了

当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容の変更、提供の一時的な中断、または終了を行うことがあります。当方は、これらによって利用者に生じた損害について責任を負いません。本サービスの継続的・安定的な提供を保証するものではありません。

7. 免責

本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、当方は、その完全性・正確性・有用性・特定目的への適合性・可用性について、明示黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。
当方は、本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じた一切の損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本サービスは、Discord、Google（Gemini・YouTube）等の外部サービスに依存しており、それら外部サービスの変更・障害・終了により影響を受ける場合があります。
AIアシスタント（くりぃむちゃん）の応答は生成AIにより自動生成されるもので、正確性・完全性・最新性を保証しません。重要な判断を応答のみに依拠しないでください。

8. 利用停止・アクセス遮断

当方は、利用者が本規約に違反した場合、または本サービスの運営上必要と判断した場合、事前の通知なく当該利用者の本サービスへのアクセスを制限・遮断することができます。

9. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して当方と利用者との間に紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

10. 本規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなします。

11. お問い合わせ

本規約に関するお問い合わせは、「キッチンくりぃむ」Discordサーバーの運営・管理者宛のダイレクトメッセージにてお受けします。

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the embedded "2D Lounge" app (a Discord Activity), its browser version (https://office.7daystodie.jp) and the related Discord bot (together, the "Service"), operated by the operator of the Discord community "Kitchen Cream" (an individual; "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service is a non-commercial, hobbyist social tool for a Discord community. It provides a 2D "hangout" experience linked to voice chat, avatars, a shared board, sticky notes, media sharing, watch-together, matching, connections and My Page between users, and an AI assistant powered by generative AI ("Kurii-mu-chan"). Details of the information we collect, store and share are set out in our Privacy Policy. The Service is provided "as is".

3. Accounts

Using the Service requires signing in with a Discord account. You agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Harass, disturb, or direct discriminatory or abusive behavior toward other users;
Share or post content that is illegal, violates public order and morals, or infringes rights (copyright, likeness, etc.);
Share or post obscene, violent, or other content prohibited by Discord's policies;
Abuse the shared board, notes, media-sharing or chat features, or send spam;
Interfere with operation of the Service, gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer it, or place excessive load on it;
Violate Discord's Terms of Service / Community Guidelines or the "Kitchen Cream" community rules.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you share or post through the Service ("User Content"). We may remove, without prior notice, any User Content we determine violates these Terms. Some User Content (sticky notes, board, shared images, room decorations, profile, etc.) is stored to provide features, while other live information is held temporarily. Handling, retention and deletion are set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may change, temporarily suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice, and are not liable for any resulting damages. We do not guarantee continuous or stable availability of the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is"; we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service depends on external services such as Discord and Google (Gemini, YouTube) and may be affected by their changes, outages or discontinuation.
Responses from the AI assistant ("Kurii-mu-chan") are generated automatically by generative AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or up to date. Do not rely on them alone for important decisions.

8. Suspension of Access

We may restrict or block your access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we deem it necessary for operating the Service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
